Brett at the window was amazing. He explained in great detail about becoming a member and after today’s free wash, we will definitely be looking into it. The only issue is we don’t make it to west bend enough to possibly make it worth it. Thank you Brett, you are a great ambassador to your brand.
Best car wash around! Super fast, convenient, and my car came out looking spotless. The wash was thorough, the vacuums worked great, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Definitely worth it and I’ll be coming back regularly!
Great experience at this car wash. I called to cancel my subscription for the summer and Adam answered with professional and efficient service. He refunded the line that was not in use and let me know the other line had a few more weeks of unlimited washes.
First visit to Tommy's today as I had a free top-tier car wash. Brett was at the window and couldn't have been more courteous, friendly, and welcoming. Great first impression of Tommy's and their employees!
